CopilotPost is shop-scoped and does not request read_customers or read_orders. It works from catalogue content, optional Search Console and review signals, and questions you paste—after pattern-based PII scrubbing on inbound text.

  • Alerts appear in the app chrome only (no email/Slack push yet).
